Energy as a Tenant

A common form of our Energy as a Service offering is Energy as a Tenant, which features our Lease + PPA combo, is most popular with our REIT customers and offers property owners a new energy efficient roof installed on your building with a long-term net roof lease.  

Our highly experienced team of solar, real estate, construction and finance professionals provides solar energy, through long-term power sales contracts including PPAs, to the property and its tenants to achieve and more quickly meet targeted renewable energy goals.

We’ve worked with many leading, national commercial and industrial property owners and leveraged this successful track record into the refinement of a highly-efficient implementation process. We start with an evaluation of your facilities, managing everything in the process including executing your rooftop lease, completing the installation, funding the project, securing local utility approvals, and managing O&M over the long term.

We’ve developed targeted EaaS Solutions, leveraging our 15 years of hands-on experience in the field, to solve emerging problems primarily for early adopter asset owners with aging or underperforming systems.

The Time is Now
