With our Energy as a Service (EaaS) offering, which can also function as Energy as a Tenant, we emphasize multi-project relationships and standardization. This allows our customers including building owners and utilities (particularly with Feed-in-Tariff programs) as well as their stakeholder tenants to quickly realize benefits that move the needle and with no upfront cost and, in most cases, reduced energy costs as a function of power purchase agreements (PPAs) that lock in more favorable rates for often 20 to 25 years.

We offer comprehensive energy solutions for REITS and other owners of C&I CRE. Our clients entrust us to offset energy use with Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) as well as provide additional NOI through lease revenues.

We offer multifamily property owners onsite, behind the meter power generation often incorporating PPAs, and storage solutions, as well as EV charging infrastructure, to increase revenues and tenant retention.
